A Message from Mary
As a Nutritionist/Registered Dietitian I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. Whatever your health or medical concerns are, my job is to help you find which foods and lifestyle choices work best for you.

I'm not here  to tell you what you should do but to inspire you to eat the foods
that are right for your body.  I will support and encourage you to make
changes that are realistic and beneficial for your health.  I take a
comprehensive look at all aspects of your life to help understand how we can
collectively come up with recommendations that will get you started on your
goals to improved health.
